If you’ve been “fitted” for your Invisalign aligners, you are on your way to start your Invisalign journey— Congratulations! Depending on the time of your appointment, you may be searching for a local breakfast or lunch spot. For those that may be wondering about the best place to eat afterwards, we have some suggestions.
What we can tell you is that you should know that you should not eat with your aligners in your mouth! Before each meal, be sure to remove your aligners and store them in a safe place (preferably a case) so that they don’t go missing and once you are finished eating brush your teeth (if you can) and then place the aligners back in your mouth.
